Last Saturday, Shoreditch’s McQueen bar hosted Wasted Chic, a pop-up sample sale where up and coming designers sold funky clothes under £100. Cocktails and money were flowing.
The sample sale was one of the greatest people-watching occasions I had been to in a while: multi-colour hair, crazy prints and even crazier models, a different crowd than the one you’d see in every shop.
I ended up going home with a brand new studded bracelet from Lipstick & Lollipop to remind myself of my metal years and a pop-corn print skirt from Dazzle & Jolt (pictured below) because I am an adult.
