Had such a fab time teaching my heavy metal pole choreo workshop this afternoon at @gffdamiandancestudio 🥰 up until a couple of hours before, I didn’t think I’d make it because I took some bloody period delaying medicine that murdered me - it gave me insomnia, palpitations, a panic attack and nausea, so I was running on two sleepless nights and no food. Not very metal and not strong enough to teach this choreo 😅 Luckily I binned the pills, got my act together and went dancing - and I’m so glad I did because I got to headbang with these babes! So sad I didn’t get to meet those who didn’t make it in today, but so happy to share this beautiful space with these heavy metal queens ❤️‍🔥 you can’t see it but I’m wearing my lightning @hoodlumfang set, but you can defo see @amorerocksperformer’s hair 🤣🤣🤣

After a 4 AM start, 2 flights, a lot of airport essay marking, a heavy ass suitcase and a few hours of tidying up, I am back in London. Mixed feelings because leaving #Sardinia (esp when it’s 17 degrees) always sucks, but I’ve got a lot to look forward to here too so I’m excited 🤞🏼 currently writing this while slumped on the sofa bc DEAD. Today we went to Burgos, where part of my dad’s

Today we went to Burgos, where part of my dad’s family is from. It’s near the few mountains we have in inner #Sardinia, and it’s really cold! #Burgos is a tiny village with just under 1,000 inhabitants where my great-grandmother Virginia (whom I get my middle name from) is buried. I have never met her because she died at the age of 99 in the mid Eighties, but today I got to see her grave 💞 I also saw lots of cows and goats roaming in the streets and said hi 👀🐮🐐#sardiniapics #sardegnagram
